Breststroke Kick
This post is dedicated to breaking down the skill of breaststroke. Many of my clients want to learn this but, seem to have alot of trouble learning the rhythm and kick technique. This is a good way to focus on a few key aspects of the kick. Hopefully with a little practice you all will be able to pick it up.
