Work It Out: Change Up Your Workout!

So you want to change up your workout routine:

If you're tired of the same old freestyle, try adding some drills or strokes into your regular workout

A 25 is one length of the pool. Four of them are 100 meters or yards. 200 yards are eight laps.

 

200 warm up- 100 free/ 100 choice

 

6X 50 drill swim-so drills on my site allow you to strengthen your stroke

You are going to do each drill twice!

 

4X100 odd numbers are going to be free/ even numbers can be  another stroke (backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)

 

100 warm down!
